Auto Save Script for Maya
Auto Save has been tested in Maya 2008®
and Maya 2009®. Copy autoSave.py into your scripts folder
and type 'import autoSave' in a Python tab in Maya's script editor.
This version of Auto Save runs on a single thread of your computer, and is time-based. The user may
change the duration between saves, as well as the number of historic saves stored.
A new option allows you to embed Auto Save into a maya scene file, which will open the script as the file opens.
